These Terms of Use ("terms") apply to your use of this website, the official website of Hon. Ahmad Abdul'aziz Yari, operated by his office ("the office", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Submitting a community request does not guarantee that the office will be able to act on it. Requests are reviewed and handled as the office is able. Do not use community requests to report emergencies; contact the emergency services directly.

Applications are considered only while an opportunity is open, and only against the criteria published for it. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Nobody is authorised to charge a fee for an application or to promise a place in exchange for payment.

Event registrations

Registering for an event does not guarantee a place where numbers are limited. Event details may change. We will use the contact details you give to tell you about changes where we can.

Photographs and documents you upload

You keep ownership of anything you upload. You give the office permission to store, view and use it for the purpose you submitted it for. We will not publish it without asking you first.

5. No payments

This website does not accept donations, fees or payments of any kind, and it has no facility to do so. Nobody is authorised to ask you for money in Ahmad Yari's name through this website. If anyone does, please report it to us through the contact page.

6. Email updates

If you register for email updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

7. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, films, graphics, design and layout of this website belong to the office or are used with permission, and are protected by law.

You may:

• view the website and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use;
